Dapto Interskate
Was flicking through the Mercury today with the dobination bear and we came across an amazing article concerning the reopening of an interskate centre in Oak Flats. This brought back great memories of the Dapto Interskate Rink in Dapto. There was nothing better than repping a floral button up shirt and fanging it around 'anti clockwise' in the speed lane then getting asked to sit the next song out due to your actual lack of speed. Pure
This article inspired me to look back in time at some old photos from the old photo albums at home. The photo below is me before my Year 6 'social'. So crazy.

My first ever blog entry
So after learning dixon (who has filmed a total of 10 waves for this movie) has created this blog i thought i better contribute.
My life behind the lens of one of the worlds most unreliable video cameras has been pretty pure. Besides now not being legally allowed to drive a motor vehicle, ive filmed some good sessions. last few days have been as follows; 5hrs with a towel over my head filming one of the worlds most backlit set ups, daddy Q's, mad mans.
Back to the unreliable camera, a few weeks back i thought it was gone for good and i did consider throwing it off a cliff, but alas its come back to life. Problems with the camera are as follows: Camera sometimes doesnt even turn on, glitches (pixells especially at the starts of a new tape on the left hand side of the picture), have to guess my settings as the display settings no longer appear through the view finder, lcd screen doesnt work, tape deck wont shut so i have to tape it closed, camera somtimes just starts recording randomly.
So this is what im working with but im hoping it will hold out for a little longer as its way beyond the point of repair, i actually would be embarissed to take that thing to sony and when they ask me whats wrong with it mention all the above problems. My plan is to scab as many lifts to the ocean in the next few months as i can and film, and hopefully have a pretty sweet dvd at the end of it.

The Headie Shreddies
The Headie Shreddie indoor cricket team may have come to the end of a dream run/neg fest. After two severe losses in a row we are waiting for conformation of a semi final appearance from the boys. Im awarding Kooties the most valuable player of the series for ALL teams bar ours, as he did his best to deliever as many runs as he could to our opponents by his continuous wides.
There were many fun times to be had at indoor with the last couple of weeks providing classic enjoyment. Scooter 'Bearded man' Matua re-ignited a classic game invovling the making of a circle with your fingers which in turn allows you to punch whoever looks at this circle (picture below). Most amazing game ever.

Frothing on the Z train
Today we frothed on the Z train and got some pretty insane stuff of zion dudes Sam Bennet, James Kates and Taylor B out mads. Highlight of the day was a mattic and jimmy blow up, pure.
You're one of a kind marrrn!
Jack Dobinson co creator of Outrageous Behaviour and Chicks, has teamed up yet again with a different partner in James Dixon to produce a new project called CRAZY, so crazy. The movie features riders such as James Kates, Ivan Pulic, Doug Smith, Jason Finlay, Ben Player, Thomas Robinson, Sean Notley, Big Dav, Chris James, a lot of other wigs and James Kootdog Cayley's first individual section in a bodyboarding film. Shot on the south coast and in the Pacific Islands. The gorilla also makes a return.
