Watching "Visions" as a man 5yrs younger than I am now I was pretty damn impressed with his skills, and now 5 years on he actually lives down in the northern suburbs of Wollongong and I get to see these skills first hand (behind the lens of my now deceased Sony 3ccd).
When he's not surfing he can be found at "the bean" with the other Bulli boys sipping on overpriced coffee and talking about chicks.

a non-crazy, semi serious music post
Music.... what a topic to tackle on a Tuesday night be I am going to give it a shot. I don’t know much about it, i aint no “muso” and when im at a concert I cant really tell if a band played well or is good or not ect ect (as I have never played an instrument besides the recorder and keyboard for music in year 7). So if a band plays ‘bad’, according to some "mad critic" but I was there and was digging it does this mean I shouldn't like it? or if some muso tells me that a band is shit should I believe them.

oh my god stalk 2 marn.
Everyday i make habbit of typing the search term "bodyboarding" into Vimeo, choosing the "most recent" clips. Today i stumbled across the teaser for stalk 2.

Its quite a wild teaser with some crazy animation going on so im going to give it the thumbs up, well worth a check. Stalk 1 is actually a favorite of mine, the water footage was shot really well and its hard to beat good WA footage of rawlins and Hardy. And on another point the name for the movie is called stalk.... crazy, but who i am to talk, with my last 2 releases being called outrageous behavior and chicks, then end.

The wheels are finally in motion for the DVD.... the bone looked good today but i was to lazy to go out and plus madcrab was out there.... and James "he should have known i was un-reliable" Kates is on board as chief editor.
So shit is happening and im excited. Dixon the very creator of this blog has actually been given the flick from the production team. This is a result of all his time being spent getting as drunk as possible and dancing on elevated dancefloors, with his eyes almost closed, but open just enough to see if people are paying him attention.

Role reversal
There are big things happening in Bodyboarding at the moment, but by far and away the biggest actually involves yours truly. If you haven’t heard already i have completed my time behind the lens and now am perusing a spot as a full time pro rider.
Since the departure of ryan "saddog" mattick from the boogs its left a hole that I believe a rider of my caliber can definitely fill. It’s a natural role reversal you could say with Ryan, who is now full time behind the lens.
